Investments
The goal of the University’s investment strategy is to generate a stable and growing stream of income to support the University’s mission and operations while ensuring sufficient cash reserves are available to meet its operational requirements. The Cash Management department is responsible for developing and implementing investment policies and strategies and monitoring the performance of the investments. Excess cash is invested in high-quality, low-risk, and short/long term investments to generate additional income for the University. This can help to ensure the long-term financial stability and sustainability of the university. Investments are liquidated or invested based on the University’s operational cash requirements daily.
